4. Steeping : Steeping in piston occurs in edges of piston ring grooves.
5. Wear :   Wear occurs mainly in wear ring, piston skirt and side wall.
6. Hot Corrosion: Hot corrosion on piston occurs mainly in the crown and the acidic corrosion occurs mainly
